Job Description and Responsibility
- Leadership skill is mandatory for this role as you have to manage the whole marketing team.
- Maintain PPC and Search marketing campaigns.
- Maintain our display ads campaigns.
- You should have a good understanding about SMM so that you can manage the Social Media Marketer of your team.
- You should know eye catchy convincing marketing campaign copywriting.
- Setup and manage our email marketing campaign.
- You need to manage and lead the SEO experts in your team.
- You have to manage strategy for content marketing campaigns and manage content marketing activities.
- We have few traditional marketing and branding campaigns, you need to manage the strategic section of that.
- You must have good knowledge about Google tag manager, Google analytics and other reporting platforms for analyzing reports for all our marketing results.
- Setup and manage our CRM data.
- Recognize the tardiest and technologies transforming our business
- Work with your team to think of new and innovative growth strategies.
- Supervise and manage all competitions, gifts, and other digital projects.
- You need to have people skill for this role.
- Responsible for all digital marketing planning and budget control.

Additional Qualifications
- Age should be at least 20 years

- Work experience as a Business Development, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Analyst, Content Optimization
- Have an ability to work with the team and individually
Experience Qualifications
- At Least 1-3 Years
- Work experience as a Business Development, Digital marketing strategist, Content marketing strategy, SMM Analyst, Marketing, sales and relevant field.
Job Location
Bogura, Bangladesh, this is a physical office job, no remote position available.
Salary
20,000 - 50,000 (Can be higher if your qualities worth that)
